We offer a paid 6-12 month job training program in a youth-run business. You’ll learn skills for future jobs and receive support to advance your personal goals. And you’ll be working alongside other young adults who are serious about moving their lives forward.

HOW YOU HEARD ABOUT MTW
As a part of the MTW Application process, we would like to speak with 2-3 caring adults in your life. For example: a parent/guardian, DCF social worker, DMH case worker, DYS worker, probation officer, lawyer, school counselor, group home/shelter case worker, or any other caring adult. 

YOUR WORK AVAILABILITY
You must be able to work two operations shifts and one youth development shift 

Boston Site: Youth Development shifts occur Tuesday mornings or Thursday afternoons.
Waltham Site: Youth Development shifts occur Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings.

We are accepting applications for both our Boston (242 E Berkeley St.) and Waltham (56 Felton St.) sites.

If you do not have a preference, we recommend selecting Waltham below since we receive fewer applications for that site and tend to process them faster.
