Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are not able to offer guaranteed delivery dates for items.

Do you offer international Shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Boston Store and Event Space (242 East. Berkeley St.. Boston) . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Processing Time
Our normal processing days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Local Pickup
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@mtwyouth.org
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing and transit time for your orders.
We recommend placing your holiday orders in advance to ensure timely delivery. We are not able to offer guaranteed delivery dates for items.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refer to our full return policy here
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@mtwyouth.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
