Book Donations Manager - Boston
Learn More & ApplyMore Than Words (MTW) seeks a Book Donations Manager (DM) to handle pick-up and delivery of donated books, CDs, DVDs and clothing from private homes, businesses, libraries, and community groups on a weekly basis in support of our two youth-run retail and online stores. The ideal candidate is a flexible, hard-working individual who is comfortable driving the MTW truck and/or MTW van in the Boston Metro area. This is a full-time salaried position. Director of Career Services - Boston
Learn More & ApplyThe Director of Career Services will lead the expanding Career Services and Pathways Department. This role will focus on building education and employment partnerships to support MTW young adults on their path to a living wage. The Director will also oversee innovative funding initiatives aimed at enhancing the economic mobility of MTW graduates. Reporting to the COO, the Director will work closely with Boston and Waltham Site Directors to create pathways for MTW graduates. The Director of Career Services role encompasses three key areas: 1)External Pathway Partnerships 2)Program Development, and 3)Career Services Department Leadership.

This position requires an individual with program evaluation experience, a deep understanding of how data can make non-profit practice more efficient and effective, and a commitment to supporting ongoing organizational learning.
This position reports to the Chief Evaluation & Learning Officer (CELO) and partners with the staff at every level of the organization, serving as a role model and professional resource for youth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a high degree of social responsibility and an orientation to high performance to join a growing organization that combines “doing good while doing well.”
