More Than Words (MTW) seeks a Career Services Manager (CSM) who has a strong background in promoting post-secondary and career access for young adults.  This full-time position reports to the Director of Career Services and works in partnership with the youth development and social enterprise teams.   In addition to working directly with youth, the CSM is responsible for representing MTW to the community and for building and enhancing strong partnerships and collaborations with corporations, educational institutions, and other community partners to generate education and employment opportunities for MTW graduates.

More Than Words (MTW) seeks a business oriented, entrepreneurial manager to provide operational leadership around allaspects of MTW’s retail and online businesses (which include an online and retail used bookstore). This position requires an individual with prior retail management experience (bricks and mortar, aswell as on-line retail), a commitment to working directly with youth and a track record of motivating andsupervising staff to establish and meet high performance standards around managing cost effectiveinventory and distribution, marketing and merchandising, customer service, and profitability. As with anyretail enterprise, this position will require flexible scheduling and direct work with customers and suppliers.

The Store Manager will support oversight of all aspects of the retail store including maximizing profitability, training, inventory management, donation processing and supporting current graduates on shifts.
