How do I schedule a pickup?

You can call us, email us or fill out our online request form.

Is there a fee for pickup?

No! We do not charge a fee, but we do suggest a monetary donation at your discretion to help cover the rising costs associated with offering a pickup service.

Can you pack my books or clotihing?

Unfortunately we are unable to pack books or clothing for donation and ask that all donations for pickup be packed before arrival. Additionally, we are not able to enter private residences and offer curbside (or porch or garage) pickup for items.

Do you take other household goods?

Currently we only accept books, media and clothing and not able to accept game systems, electronics, household items or furniture.

What do you do with the donations you can't sell?

We sell most items invidivdually or through our wholesale program. Items that cannot be sold are usually due to damage/dirt or are not an item we have a program for (like household goods). These items are recycled or disposed of dependent on the material.
