As the crown princess of Emerald, Dorthea lives a charmed life full of Hans Christian Louboutin glass slippers and Glenda Original ball gowns. But when she wishes upon a cursed star, the rules of fairy tales disappear—taking Dorthea's parents with them.

To save Emerald and get her parents back, Dorthea conscripts Rexi, a cranky kitchen maid, and Prince Kato, her unwanted fiancé, to help her. The three must make it to the Wizard of Is in time to stop the wickedest witch of all from escaping her magic prison…before it spells The End for everyone.
