Indulge in Via's Cookies' assorted singles of delicious and decadent Gluten Free/Vegan cookies. Each cookie is packed with irresistible flavor. Try them all - Chocolate Chip, Lemmie Boy, Cookie Crumble Madness, and Snickerdoodle. (Warning: may cause extreme cookie cravings)

Choc Chip:
Delicious original choc chip cookie with a soft, buttery taste and texture and sea salt sprinkled overtop.
Ingredients: Gluten Free baking flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), brown sugar, sugar, vegetable oil blend (canola, palm and olive oils), water, salt, pea protein isolate, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, lactic acid, beta carotene (color), salt, natural vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, soybean oil, vegan chocolate chips.
Lemmie Boy: 
This cookie is soft and eases you into a confident and smooth lemon flavor accented by sweet white chocolate. Lemmie boy has a much deserved fan club in Ithaca.
